Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Ex Arte Design, Inc., we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible services, because your confidence in our designs matters to us.
Eligibility for Refunds
Our 30-day refund policy applies under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the initial concept presentation
- The project is in the initial concept or first revision phase
- No final deliverables have been approved or transferred
- The client has participated in the feedback process in good faith
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Us
To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email at robert.fletcher@exartedesigninc.com or call us at (217) 407-9528. Please include your project details and the reason for your request.
Step 2: Review
We will review your request within 3-5 business days. During this time, we may reach out to discuss your concerns and explore whether we can address them through additional revisions or adjustments.
Step 3: Resolution
If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Amounts
Refund amounts are calculated based on the stage of the project:
Before Concept Presentation
Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
After Initial Concepts, Before First Revision
50% refund of total project fee
During Revision Phase
25% refund of total project fee
After Final Approval
No refund available
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Rush fees and expedited service charges
- Third-party costs (stock images, fonts, printing, etc.)
- Consultation fees for completed sessions
- Projects that have received final approval
- Custom requests outside the original project scope
Project Cancellation
If you need to cancel a project for any reason:
- Please notify us in writing as soon as possible
- Cancellation refunds follow the same schedule as above
- Any work completed to date remains the property of Ex Arte Design, Inc. until refund terms are finalized
Our Commitment
We are committed to your satisfaction. Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to speak with us about any concerns. Often, we can resolve issues through additional revisions or clarification of project direction. Our goal is always to deliver work that exceeds your expectations.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we will work with you in good faith to reach a fair resolution. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
